Outdoor Amenities: To help keep everything clean and in excellent condition, the outdoor movie theater equipment and lawn games are stored in the shed between guests. They're available for your stay but may not already be set up when you arrive. Pool: The backyard features a swimming pool for cooling off during warm New Mexico days. The pool is not heated.

🚧 Ongoing Casita Renovation A detached casita in the backyard is currently under active renovation. Guests may hear construction noise or see workers on the property during their stay. The casita is separate from the main house and is not accessible to guests. 🚂 Nearby Train Tracks The property is located near train tracks, so you may occasionally hear passing trains. Many families enjoy watching the trains from the backyard, but light train noise should be expected. 🏊 Pool Information The pool is currently closed for the season. We anticipate reopening in late May 2027, weather permitting. Our seasonal pool is not heated, so water temperatures vary with the weather. No lifeguard is on duty; children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool. 🎬 Outdoor Theater & Lawn Games To protect them from the weather, the outdoor movie theater equipment and lawn games are stored between guests. They are available for your stay but may not already be set up upon arrival. 🚗 Garage Access The washer and dryer are located in the garage and are available for guest use. Please note that part of the garage is currently being used to store furniture and construction materials for the detached casita renovation.
